Plant Description
Spider Lily (White) also known as Texas Spiderlily, Shiners or Spring Spiderlily. Exquisite, fragrant, white, cup-shaped flowers with longer, stellate, outer petals that give it a 'spidery' appearance. These elegant blooms appear spring and summer on lush, green, sword-like foliage and grow 12 - 24 inches tall with a 12 inch spread. Spider Lilies can be brought indoors in the fall and overwintered as a houseplant. Unique and unusual, this is a dreamy addition to your water garden or bog area. Considered annuals in the north and goes dormant in the south throughout the winter months. Spider Lilies are a sweetly fragrant specimen, has a clumping habitat and is always a head turner when in bloom!

Planting Instructions
Hymenocallis Lirisome or White Spider Lilies are easy to grow in moist loam soil with up to 2 inches of water at the roots, plant in wide containers using moist, loam soil and place in your pond with up to 2 inches of water over the roots in full sun to part shade. Spider lilies are also great for naturalizing on pond and stream banks and do best when soil is kept evenly moist!
